What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to work with you to resolve it.
From where my items will be shipped?
All items will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Germany.
Are there any purchases that are non-refundable?
We cannot accept returns on certain items. These will be clearly marked before purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be packed and shipped from Germany within 2-5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Clothing is being manufactured by small family businesses in Rajasthan, India. We work exclusively with families that we know for many years and where we can assure ethical working conditions and fair payment to the tailors.
Some part of our jewelry is being crafted in Brandenburg Germany by our wonderful Goldsmith Sophie. Another part in small workshops in India.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always know the shipping price before you buy.
